Geraldine Ijeoma has gathered skill and competence in Regulatory Compliance, CorporateGovernance, Contract Negotiation and Drafting, Corporate Advisory and Commercial Law practice. She provides legal advisory services to leading financial institutions and other corporations who are engaged in International trade and Collateral Management Services.

Geraldine obtained her first degree in Law from Madonna University, Okija, Anambra State, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Company Law & Practice from the University of South Wales, UK. She started her career briefly with Fidelity Bank Plc as a Customer Care Executive Officer and left in 2009, then to Think Microfinance Bank Limited, FCT Abuja as a Legal/Credit Executive Officer. She then proceeded to Vibrant Ventures Limited, Lagos State where she spent a period of over nine years as the Company Secretary/Executive Assistant, overseeing the legal aspects/operations of the company in line with the Nigerian Oil & Gas downstream regulatory guidelines.

She has attended professional courses some of which are; Effective board enhancement programme, organized by the Society of Corporate Governance, Nigeria: 31st course in drafting commercial Agreements and banking documentation organized by the Nigerian

Institute of Advanced Legal Studies; Corporate Governance for Company Secretaries, Legal Advisers and Compliance Officers organized by Society for Corporate Governance, Nigeria: Board Effectiveness by the Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria and Export Management Programme at Lagos Business School.

She joined the team of Top Crown Petroleum Limited as the Legal Advisor/Operations Manager in October, 2022. She is purpose – driven, consistent, pragmatic, reliable, confident and an inspiration to many young women especially those who may have been faced with a life changing difficulty and is a member of the following organizations;
